Shipping policy

Most items in my shop are MADE TO ORDER (unless in stock), so it can take up to 2 weeks to create & ship. Please let me know at TinySevenStudio@gmail.com if you need your order sooner (although, I cannot guarantee this and a fee may apply)

I ship through USPS First Class, Priority and International mail and costs are dependent on your location and will be calculated at checkout. 

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen purchases and/or for items that are shipped to the incorrect address. Please double check your address at checkout to ensure your TSS goodies arrive safely!

International duties and taxes
I ship internationally! Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties or VAT. Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. Tiny Seven Studio does not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by your government.

Unfortunately, these fees are beyond my control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

If you fail to pay customs fees, refunds will also not be given until I receive the package back. I am unable to give you a refund on items that are made to order or personalized, or the shipping fee.
